ADAFix is building an AI-assisted workflow to find PDF accessibility issues, suggest repairs and help you review the result.
Self-service PDF upload and repair are not available yet.
Planned workflow — this is not a live document analysis.
Planned repair scope
We are prioritizing document structure and review. These are development targets, not features available today.
A structured tag tree for headings, paragraphs, lists and figures.
A logical sequence for columns, text and images.
Alternative text that explains meaningful visual content.
A heading hierarchy that helps readers navigate.
Table structure and header relationships that need careful review.
Searchable text through OCR, followed by structure and reading-order review.
The workflow we are building keeps review at the center.
01
Start with a PDF and identify what readers need from it.
02
Inspect the document and propose accessibility repairs with unresolved issues clearly identified.
03
Check the changes before downloading a reviewed document and report.
Syllabi, course handouts and research papers that students need to read and navigate.
Public notices, meeting agendas and published reports with clear structure and readable content.
Policies, manuals and reports that your team shares with a wider audience.
We are designing for document accessibility workflows that include structural checks and human review. Complex tables, diagrams and reading relationships need particular attention. A successful automated check is not a guarantee of legal compliance.
Self-service PDF remediation is not available for purchase yet. Tell us your page volume, document types and review needs to discuss availability. Pricing and processing limits will be confirmed when the workflow is ready.
Ask about PDF processingADAFix is being developed around PDF accessibility. The planned workflow brings document analysis, suggested repairs and human review into one place.
Not yet. Self-service PDF upload, analysis and remediated downloads are not available. Contact us to discuss your documents and receive availability updates.
The planned scope includes PDF tags, heading structure, reading order, image descriptions, document title and language. Tables and scanned documents require additional validation before support can be confirmed.
OCR is part of the planned workflow. Recognizing text alone does not make a PDF accessible; the resulting content also needs structure and review. Scanned-PDF support is not currently available.
A page can look correct while its content is read in a confusing sequence. Reviewing the order helps ensure that columns, captions and surrounding text make sense together.
Yes. An image description should reflect the purpose of the image in its document. Charts, diagrams and instructional images often need context that an automated description may miss.
No. Automated checks or repairs cannot establish that every accessibility requirement has been met. Document review and appropriate specialist advice remain part of a responsible workflow.
Tags describe document structure, but their presence alone does not establish accessibility. Reading order, text quality, descriptions and the usability of the content also need attention.
A report showing detected issues, proposed changes and items requiring review is planned. No live validation report or document score is currently available.
Batch processing is a future option under evaluation. Share your document count, page volume and typical layouts so we can discuss your requirements.
No. You can email support directly. Creating an account does not currently unlock PDF remediation.
The PDF remediation workflow is not ready for self-service purchase. Existing account and billing settings are separate from PDF processing availability. Contact us to confirm availability and scope before making a purchase.
