  • Administrative bulletins, department catalogs, institutional handbooks, and public regulatory reports.
  • Instructional and workplace training documents intended for digital dissemination to students and staff.

Prohibited content & sensitive student data

  • Protected Student Records (FERPA): Do not upload grade rosters, transcripts, individual student assignment submissions, disciplinary records, or identifiable student education files.
  • Sensitive Personal Data: Do not upload unredacted Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, personal banking information, or protected health information (HIPAA).
  • Infringing & Unauthorized Materials: Do not upload complete third-party commercial textbooks, proprietary publications, or materials where you lack lawful distribution or fair-use remediation rights.
  • Harmful or Unlawful Content: Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual imagery, hate speech promoting violence or harassment, or content that violates applicable federal, state, or international laws.
  • Deceptive Content: Falsifying compliance evidence, manipulating audit reports, or asserting legal certification status based solely on automated heuristic scores.

System integrity & quota rules

  • Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our APIs, servers, or networks without prior written authorization.
  • Do not circumvent page quotas, credit deduction meters, or rate limits through automated multi-account pooling or scripting.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model weights, OCR routines, or tag-synthesis heuristics of ADAFix.
  • Do not utilize the service to build or train competing automated document accessibility or tag synthesis models without express agreement.

Reporting violations & appeals

We reserve the right to reject document jobs, terminate active processes, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Suspected violations or abuse can be reported to abuse@useadafix.com.

If you believe an account suspension or job rejection was made in error, contact support@useadafix.com with context regarding your institutional role and document authorization for manual review.
