ADA Fix Platform Usage Agreement
Delivering Digital Compliance Responsibly
These terms detail your rights and obligations when accessing and using the ADA Fix platform, including LMS remediation, PDF/AI engines, and archiving tools.

Service Purpose
Providing automated ADA/WCAG compliance remediation tools to assist organizations in meeting legal requirements.
Eligibility
Exclusively for authorized government, educational institutions, and corporate users. Illegal content processing is prohibited.
Billing
Based on subscription credits or document page counts, settled via our payment gateway.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure you have legal processing rights for uploaded documents (LMS courses, PDF files).
- Do not upload highly sensitive data regulated by HIPAA (Medical) or PCI (Financial) unless using a private VPC solution.
- Do not reverse engineer the AI models or API interfaces of this service.
- Secure your API Keys and account credentials; you are responsible for all activities under your account.
Compliance Disclaimer
- ADA Fix provides assistive remediation tools, not legal consulting services.
- While our AI accuracy leads the industry, final compliance validation (Manual QA) remains the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not liable for legal claims (such as Title II claims) arising from failure to pass third-party audits.
Service Availability & SLA
- For Enterprise customers, we guarantee 99.9% monthly service availability.
- Planned maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance via email or the console.
- We will strive to resolve interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party LMS interface changes but are not liable for damages.
Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ADA Fix operates. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent local courts.
